The message "This code is no longer valid" is displayed when installing eSIM from fedafone. What to do?

Do not delete your eSIM under any circumstances. A deleted eSIM cannot be restored; you will have to buy a new one. If you need help with installation or activation, please contact our technical support, we will help you. 

This message is displayed when the eSIM is already installed, but not yet activated. You need to go to the Mobile Service settings, find eSIM from fedafone in the list of SIM cards (it may be called "Personal" or "Work" or "Travel"), click on it and enable data roaming. Then, go one step back and in the "Mobile data" section select your eSIM. After that, the mobile Internet on your phone will work.
