The message "This code is no longer valid" is displayed when installing eSIM from fedafone. What to do?

Do not delete your eSIM under any circumstances. A deleted eSIM cannot be restored; you will have to buy a new one. If you need help with installation or activation, please contact our technical support, we will help you. 

This message is displayed when the eSIM is already installed, but not yet activated. Go to "Settings" > "Mobile Service" and find your eSIM in the list of SIMs. It may be called "Personal", "Work" or "Travel".

If you are already in the country for which your eSIM is purchased, do the following:

  1. Go to eSIM and enable data roaming (data roaming must be disabled on the main SIM);
  2. Go back and select your eSIM in "Mobile data" section (at the very top).

After that, mobile Internet on your phone will start working.
