Activation of eSIM from fedafone takes a very long time

Usually, eSIM activation process takes no more than 5 minutes. If you wait longer, then most likely you are trying to activate the eSIM in a country other than the one it was purchased for.

If you are already in the country for which your eSIM is purchased, do the following:

1. Go to eSIM and enable data roaming (data roaming must be disabled on the main SIM card);
2. Go back and select your eSIM in "Mobile data" section (at the very top).

After that, mobile Internet will start working on your phone.
