Activation of eSIM from fedafone takes a very long time

Do not delete your eSIM under any circumstances. A deleted eSIM cannot be restored; you will have to buy a new one. If you need help with installation or activation, please contact our technical support, we will help you.

Usually, the eSIM activation process takes no more than 5 minutes. If you wait longer, then most likely you are trying to activate the eSIM in a country other than the one for which it was purchased. If you are in the right country, then exit settings, reboot your phone and then look for eSIM from fedafone in the list of available SIM cards in the Mobile Service settings.
