There is "No service" on eSIM. What to do?

Go to the “Settings” on your device and then select the “Mobile service” section and go to your eSIM. Open "Network Selection" and switch to manual selection. Wait a while.

  • If this doesn't help, then restart your phone.
  • If this does not help, then contact technical support, we will help.

Also remember that if you delete the eSIM from your device, it cannot be installed again.
