How to install and activate fedafone eSIM on iOS?
Do not delete your eSIM under any circumstances. A deleted eSIM cannot be restored; you will have to buy a new one. If you need help with installation or activation, please contact our technical support, we will help you.
Your eSIM data in the Telegram bot, on the website or in the iOS app in the "My eSIM" section will be updated when you spend several MB of data.
Installation

Installation data After the purchase, the eSIM will appear in the “My eSIM” section (regardless of what you purchased through). Click on it and you will receive all the data necessary for installation.

Add eSIM
Go to the “Settings” menu of your mobile phone, then select the “Mobile Service” section and click on the “Add eSIM” button.
In the window that opens, click on the “By QR code” button. You can install using a QR code (then your iPhone or iPad will automatically complete the installation) or enter the data manually (in this case, you need to copy the Activation Code and SM-DP+ Address and transfer the data to the appropriate fields).

Cellular setup
Wait a while (up to a couple of minutes). When the message “Cellular Setup Complete” appears on the device screen, click the “Done” button.

Add a cellular plan label
For convenience, we recommend changing the name of the fedafone eSIM, for example, “Portugal 1GB”. Click the "Continue" button.

Default phone number
Select the Primary option to use your phone number to receive messages and calls. Click the "Continue" button.

iMessage and FaceTime
You must be in the destination for which you purchased the eSIM (country or region). Your eSIM will be activated when it connects to local mobile operator.

Cellular data
Important! Don't turn on "AllowmMobile Data Switching" to avoid additional roaming charges. Click the "Continue" button.

Click the "Finish" button to complete the process.
Activation

Settings
Open the Settings menu on your iPhone and select the Mobile Service section.

Mobile Data Switching
Select fedafone eSIM from the list.

Enable data roaming
Scroll down and find the "Data Roaming" option and turn it on. Check that data roaming is enabled only on the eSIM (data roaming should be disabled on the main SIM card).
