How to install and activate fedafone eSIM on Android (Samsung )?

Do not delete your eSIM under any circumstances. A deleted eSIM cannot be restored; you will have to buy a new one. If you need help with installation or activation, please contact our technical support, we will help you. 

Your eSIM data in the Telegram bot, on the website or in the iOS app in the "My eSIM" section will be updated when you spend several MB of data.

Installation

  1. Installation data 

    After the purchase, the eSIM will appear in the “My eSIM” section (regardless of what you purchased through). Click on it and you will receive all the data necessary for installation.

  2. Settings

    Go to the “Settings” menu of your mobile phone, and then select the “Network and Internet” section. Make sure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).

  3. SIM card manager

    When you go to the "Connections" section, select the "SIM Card Manager" option to find the eSIM installation options.

  4. Add eSIM

    To begin the process of installing a new mobile tariff plan, in the “eSIM” section, select “+ Add eSIM”.

  5. Installation options

    Select “Add” using QR code or enter details manually. Follow the instructions on the screen.

  6. Add a mobile data plan

    Wait a while until the eSIM is detected. Click the "Add" button to add it to your device.

  7. Name your new mobile plan

    You must be in the destination for which you purchased the eSIM (country or region). Your eSIM will be activated when it connects to local mobile operator.

    If you want to change the eSIM name, click on the new plan and select the “Name” option.
    We recommend giving it a name, for example, “Portugal 1GB”, for convenience.

Activation

  1. Settings

    Open the "Settings menu", go to the "Connections" section, and then select the "SIM Card Manager" option.

  2. SIM Manager

    In the eSIMs menu, select and enable your fedafone eSIM.

  3. Switch Cellular/Mobile Data

    Scroll down to the Preferred SIMs section, tap Cellular Data and select your new fedafone eSIM.

  4. Enable Data Roaming

    Go back to Connections, tap Cellular Networks and enable Data Roaming to activate your eSIM.

  5. Check Data

    Go back to Connections, tap Data Usage and check that Cellular Data is enabled for your fedafone eSIM.
